Job Description

The Marketing Specialist is a self-starter, extremely organized, detailed, and creative person. This position is responsible for assisting in the development/design of marketing collateral and digital campaigns, creating content, maintaining media files, marketing inventory, and writing/editing marketing literature. The position also includes developing and implementing marketing content and collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

? Development/Design of marketing collateral and digital campaigns
? Creating content (brochures, emails, press releases, etc.)
? Writing/editing marketing literature
? Maintain Media Files
? Maintain Marketing inventory
? Design and optimize content for posts on social media platforms
? Edit and format photographs and video footage content for placement on social media, websites, and other online marketing campaigns
? Maintain company websites – update content and graphics, monitor performance, and maintain links
? Analyze results of campaigns, including overall success, insights, and ROI to determine future courses of action, share results with management

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of comprehensive marketing experience
• Strong creative, professional copywriting, and editing skills
• Proficient graphic design skills; including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and/or InDesign
• Knowledge of analytic tools including Google Analytics
• Knowledge of AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• Experience managing social media publishing and listening tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Buffer, Sprout, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize a heavy volume of jobs as needed
• Flexible and adaptable to the changing requirements of the position which could include more responsibility within the marketing department
• Detailed oriented a must
• Self-Starter who is a strong team player, collaborator, and takes ownership
• Ability to develop and deliver creative content in text, image, and video format
• Knowledge of educational and performance travel is preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
