Marketing Project Coordinator - Permanent WFH

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Traffic Management
- Workforce allocation and assignment
- Oversee team progress through tasks via Trello
- Monitor daily progress of active projects
- Manage overall team communication and collaboration through Daily Stand up
Account Management of Clients
- Provide detailed update and project report to managers and key stakeholders
Quality Control on Designs
- Check all designs before they go to the client for matching the brief
- Make spelling and grammatical changes
- Ensure consistency to the brand guidelines
- Ensure hits the Australian market brief


QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years experience in project management within a design/marketing agency.
- At least 1 year experience of working with AU, UK, or US companies in a similar role
- Must have experience in design/marketing agency and managing a traffic queue for Designers
- Must have Trello, Google Suite, and other project management tool expertise.
- Must have experience managing a team of designers
- Must have experience in Quality Control of brief vs output
- With great Quality Control Skills - to be able to check output vs a brief and pick up mistakes, typos and give direction to designers on missed elements on the brief
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, has clear communication, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Device Requirements:
- At least Intel Core i5 (AMD/Mac equivalent) with 8GB RAM (main and backup)
- Headphones (preferably with noise-cancelling feature)
- Web camera
- Minimum 30mbps internet connectivity
- Backup: 15mbps


OTHER DETAILS
- Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM AEST (Dayshift)
- Competitive salary range from PHP 40,000 to PHP 50,000
- HMO and paid leaves after a 3-month probationary period
