About MichNat Fashion:
MichNat Fashion is a premium custom fashion brand dedicated to creating stunning, high-quality outfits tailored to clients' unique styles. We specialize in bespoke dresses for weddings, proms, and special events, ensuring every client feels confident and beautiful in their custom-made pieces.

We are looking for a Marketing & Administrative Virtual Assistant to help grow our brand, increase sales, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and passionate about digital marketing and business administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Engage with the MichNat Fashion audience by responding to comments and messages.
Research and implement social media trends to boost engagement and visibility.

Content Creation & Design:
Use Canva (or other design tools) to create visually appealing graphics, reels, and promotional materials.
Write compelling captions and marketing copy aligned with the brand voice.

Advertising & Email Marketing:
Set up and optimize Facebook/Instagram ads to increase reach and conversions.
Write and schedule email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.

Market Research & Strategy:
Track marketing performance using analytics and suggest improvements.
Research and implement effective strategies to attract and retain customers.
Administrative Responsibilities:

Client & Appointment Management:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media.
Schedule and manage appointments using booking software.
Follow up with leads and past clients to encourage repeat business.

Business Organization:
Maintain and organize files, documents, and customer data.
Assist with order tracking and ensuring smooth client communication.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks to keep business operations running efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or virtual assistance.
Proficiency in Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok marketing.
Experience with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of paid ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Passion for fashion and an understanding of fashion marketing is a plus
