JOB SUMMARY

As a Marketing Manager at Fair Ground Inc., you will play a pivotal role in promoting and growing our portfolio of premium Korean products across Modern Trade Accounts, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés), and convenience stores in the Philippines. You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, developing marketing campaigns, and fostering relationships with key clients in the wholesale and retail sectors. Your expertise will help ensure consistent growth and product reach in these competitive markets.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketing Strategy Development:

a. Plan and execute effective marketing strategies to promote Korean products to target markets, including Modern Trade Accounts, HORECA, and convenience stores.
b. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
c. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.

2. Brand Management:

a. Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
b. Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content to enhance product awareness.

3. Campaign Management:

a.Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and events tailored to the target markets.
b.Manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, online ads, and email marketing.

4. Client Relations and Support:

a.Build strong relationships with Modern Trade Account representatives, convenience stores, and HORECA clients.
b.Provide marketing support to key accounts by organizing product training sessions and promotional activities.

5.Budget Management:

a.Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective implementation of campaigns.
b. Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.

6.Market Expansion:

a.Identify opportunities for market expansion and new distribution channels.
b.Collaborate with trade partners for joint marketing efforts.
