Our company is a Digital Marketing Agency is looking for an experienced, passionate Lead Generator to join our team!


As our Lead Generator, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels.

The platforms that you’ll primarily work on:
Instagram
LinkedIn

Here are the detailed tasks:

- Generate new leads using cold messaging, social media, and other relevant marketing channels
- Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads
- Organize and keep the lead status updated.


REQUIREMENTS

- 2 years or more working experience in lead generation
- Great ability to pay attention to small detail
- Perform well under high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficiency with outbound communication methods such as email and phone
- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn and Instagram
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

COMPENSATION

- Pay schedule: Monthly per our company’s standard
- Salary: Min $250-$300 (depending on experience) ++ commission for closed leads
