We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify leads, manage campaigns, and play a critical role in scaling our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Scraping & Qualification:

Use tools such as Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, Octoparse, or similar to scrape and identify businesses lacking websites, automation tools, or efficient online systems.
Qualify leads by analyzing their current digital presence and identifying pain points (e.g., outdated websites, missing booking systems, etc.).
Data Management:

Clean and organize lead data using tools like Excel or CRM platforms.
Upload and manage lead data within GoHighLevel.
Campaign Creation & Management:

Design and execute mass text and email drip campaigns within GoHighLevel to engage and nurture leads.
Develop compelling messaging tailored to different industries and client needs.
Set up automated workflows for follow-ups and lead nurturing sequences.
Performance Tracking:

Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, response rates, and bookings.
Provide insights and suggestions to improve lead conversion rates.
Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure all scraping and outreach activities comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Follow ethical practices in lead acquisition and outreach.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency with web scraping tools (e.g., Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, Octoparse) and techniques.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation tools.
Strong understanding of SMS and email marketing best practices.
Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging outreach messages.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B lead generation, particularly targeting small and medium-sized businesses.
Familiarity with SEO, website design, and automation tools.
Background in creating and managing retargeting ad campaigns is a plus.
