Junior Interior Designer + Graphic Design

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the design team to develop innovative and unique interior design concepts for luxury residential projects - reports directly to the Principal Designer
Utilize advanced design software to produce high-quality drawings, renderings, finish schedules, specifications and presentations.
Assist in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring smooth coordination with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Work diligently to meet project deadlines and follow the directions of principal designer and management.
Present design ideas and concepts to the principal designer in a clear and persuasive manner.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5+ years of interior design experience of varying project types
Proficient in SketchUp, Layout, and other modeling software programs
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proficient in ClickUp Project management software
Proficient in Canva Presentation software and Design Files program
Ability to create detailed construction documents, shop drawings, and 3D models
Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications
Strong graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas
Outstanding verbal communication and written English skills
Excellent organizational, follow up, professionalism, dependability, excellent accuracy, attention to detail and someone who is a fast learner and a motivated self-starter. Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time zone
Social Media experience is a bonus
