Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales, Marketing, and Lead Generation Specialist for a short-term or gig-based role, with the potential to transition into a long-term position. This role involves generating leads, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing campaigns tailored to promote video podcasting services for small business owners. In addition to base pay, there is an opportunity to earn commission based on performance and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify leads interested in video podcasting services
• Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns to attract small business owners
• Create compelling marketing materials, such as email sequences and social media content, to showcase the agency’s offerings
• Nurture leads through follow-ups and personalized outreach to convert them into clients
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that align with business objectives
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and lead generation, particularly for service-based businesses
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media advertising)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with potential clients
• Ability to create persuasive marketing content and materials
• Familiarity with video podcasting or content marketing is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Compensation:
• Base pay is negotiable based on experience.
• Opportunity to earn commission based on performance and sales.
