Job Description: Video Editor & Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Content Creation (50% of the role):
Edit video content with a focus on high-quality ASMR and educational videos tailored for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Create and manage two distinct YouTube channels: one for educational content and one for ASMR videos, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement.
Repurpose video content for other platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok) to maximize visibility and engagement.
Manage video production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of edited materials.
Social Media Management:
Post, monitor, and engage with content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms as needed.
Repurpose video content into short-form formats for Reels and TikTok.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all social platforms.
Monitor trends in ASMR and beauty education spaces to inform content ideas.

Email
Marketing & Automation:
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmenting audiences (clients vs. stylists).
Set up email automations and workflows to promote affiliate products, services, and courses.
Write compelling email copy and create newsletters that align with Gabrielle's holistic branding.
Organize and import contact lists from Square and Podia into email platforms.
Growth-Oriented Research & Innovation:
Continuously research new trends, tools, and strategies in video editing, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
Bring proactive ideas and strategies to enhance account performance, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
Stay updated on platform-specific best practices and implement them to improve content reach and engagement.

Required Skills:
Video Editing: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Social media management expertise, particularly with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) and automation tools.
Strong writing and content creation skills.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in marketing for service-based or education-focused businesses.
Familiarity with the beauty or holistic wellness industries is a plus.
Background in affiliate marketing or content-driven sales.
