Interior Architect

I am looking for someone to produce 2 x 2d floor plans for me for 2 living rooms (1 floor plan for each room).

Sizes - Living Room 1: 28m2 and Living room 2: 26m2.

This is for a residential client so it should be focused on the overall aesthetic / look and feel.

Each floor plan should include:
Furniture
Joinery
Accessories (cushions, lamps etc)
Ideally some colour - for example wood floors, cream white sofa, wood joinery etc.

We will need the floor plan finalised by 11 December.

If this goes well, we would look to use you for the detailed elevations and construction packs over the next few months.

In order to be considered, could you please share with me:
1. Your portfolio / examples of previous work which you’ve done which is similar to my request
2. How many hours it would take roughly
3. Your hourly rate
