Position: Import Compliance Specialist
Department: Purchasing
Location: Virtual

We are seeking an Import Compliance Specialist to ensure proper documentation for importing products from China into the United States. Key responsibilities include:

-Identifying required documents for vendors, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates. Then working with our vendors to make sure they supply all the necessary certifications and documents for importing our order into the United States.

-Assessing products for anti-dumping duties and determining accurate HS classifications.

-Ensuring that our orders are in compliance with U.S. import regulations, including customs documentation.

-Working with vendors to ensure all required documents are complete for U.S. Customs brokers.

-Must have experience in U.S. customs procedures, tariff classifications, and trade compliance.
