Job Overview:
I am looking for an organized and professional Personal Virtual Assistant to handle job applications, job search activities, and research on my behalf. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment and career consultation, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Consult with Client: Conduct an initial consultation to understand my career goals, job & school preferences, and qualifications.
Resume Customization: Adapt resumes for each specific job application. Each resume must be tailored to match the job requirements.
Job Search and Application: Actively search for job opportunities in the field of Technology Partnerships and complete job applications on my behalf.
Follow-Up: Track submitted applications and execute appropriate follow-up actions such as
LinkedIn: Employ other methods for job hunting, such as leveraging LinkedIn to connect with potential employers or using job boards and forums specific to Sales.
Status Reporting: Regularly update the client on job application statuses, upcoming interviews, and any feedback received.
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, recruitment, or career consultancy.
Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, Notion, HubSpot, or other organizational tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be available to work in a time zone compatible with the client's.
Contract Terms:
This is a contract position, and the candidate will be compensated per project or on a weekly basis.
