Position Overview:

This role is tailor-made for someone who can communicate effectively with C-level executives, distill complex ideas into engaging user stories, and create foundational content that can be transformed into marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a flair for storytelling, capable of bridging the gap between product development and marketing by articulating the value of our products in a way that resonates with our audience and supports our business objectives.

- Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 4 AM–1 PM CDT (5 PM-2 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun)
- Work Duration: Permanent/Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in high-level conversations with C-level executives and stakeholders to gather insights and information critical to developing impactful product narratives.
- Develop user stories that vividly illustrate the benefits and applications of our products, serving as a blueprint for broader marketing content.
- Craft compelling, clear copy across a variety of platforms, including website content, product descriptions, blog posts, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand voice and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to gain an in-depth understanding of product features and benefits, translating technical details into consumer-friendly language.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content creation, ensuring our messaging is relevant, competitive, and effectively positions our products.
- Create and maintain a content calendar in coordination with marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and relevant content production.
- Measure the effectiveness of content strategies and adjust based on analytics and feedback, continually optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Support the sales and customer success teams by providing sales enablement materials and customer case studies that highlight the value and impact of our products.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of written content, including user stories, product content, and strategic marketing materials.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, capable of crafting messages that connect with both executive-level and general audiences.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and apply insights to content creation.
- Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the product marketing landscape, able to anticipate trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in the technology or IT services industry, with the ability to understand and communicate complex product features in an engaging manner.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization for digital platforms.
