About Beat Hospitality: Beat Hospitality is a fast-growing and dynamic company in the hospitality industry, managing hotels and short-term rentals (STRs). We’re a technology-first company, always looking for ways to automate and improve our processes to ensure we're meeting the needs of both our guests and our team. With a portfolio of hotels and STRs, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a Beat Maestro to help us keep things organized, on track, and moving forward.
Role Overview: As the Beat Maestro, you will be responsible for managing and driving all major initiatives. Your first priority will be to push forward projects that help improve our business efficiency, enhance guest satisfaction, and increase revenue. You will also be expected to support daily operations by working directly with the team to ensure smooth processes. This role is key to the company's growth as you will manage priorities, track KPIs, and ensure that projects and operations align with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and drive projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within set timelines.
Develop and track KPIs to measure success and ensure we are on target.
Collaborate with teams to keep projects moving, solving problems and adapting as new tasks arise.
Organize and optimize our SOPs to streamline processes across the company.
Keep the team accountable to deadlines and communicate clearly to ensure everyone knows what needs to be done.
Ensure the company is hitting all its business targets and objectives.
Work closely with leadership to plan and prioritize initiatives.
Help perform all tasks related to business operations, ensuring the efficient execution of day-to-day activities.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on tracking KPIs and delivering results.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Tech-savvy with experience in using project management software (e.g., Notion).
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changes quickly.

Work Schedule:
5 days a week, 8-hour shifts on US time.
Shifts could range from 7 AM Central to 9 PM Central based on business needs.
