JOB OVERVIEW

Job Deliverables: Full-Time Portfolio Manager/HR/Recruiting Director

Primary Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
Conduct Boolean searches to identify and attract top talent across various platforms.
Develop creative strategies to source both active and passive candidates.
Candidate Onboarding:

Manage the onboarding process by adding qualified candidates to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance and readiness.
Interview Coordination:

Organize and oversee the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with interview panels, and ensuring seamless communication.
Provide structured feedback on candidates to hiring managers for informed decision-making.
HR Portfolio Management:

Maintain a robust portfolio of active job openings, potential candidates, and recruitment strategies.
Provide ongoing updates and reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
Ensure alignment with company goals, culture, and talent acquisition needs.
System Optimization:

Optimize and manage ATS usage, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
Train team members on effective ATS usage when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR software tools.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a leadership role within HR or recruitment.
- Familiarity with diverse industries and roles to adapt recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
