We are seeking an HR Recruiter to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our objectives. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce by sourcing the best candidates to fill various positions. Job Overview:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a specific focus on recruiting experts in digital marketing. This includes SEO Specialists, Web Developers, Content Writers, and other related roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing high-caliber digital marketing professionals and will be adept at understanding the unique requirements of these roles.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in digital marketing.
-Source and screen candidates for positions including SEO Specialists, Web Developers, Content Writers, and other digital marketing roles.
-Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer extension, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.
-Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
-Utilize various recruitment platforms, social media, and industry networks to identify and engage with passive candidates.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing recruitment.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
-Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for digital marketing positions (SEO Specialists, Web Developers, Content Writers, etc.).
-Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to assess candidates' technical skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Proficiency with recruitment software and job boards.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
-Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
-Strong networking abilities and connections within the digital marketing industry.
Basic Requirements:
-Device Specifications: Intel i5 processor or higher with a minimum of 8GB RAM
-Equipment: Webcam, speakers, and a microphone or headphones
-Internet Speed: Minimum of 100Mbps with a backup connection in case of outages
Work Details
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time | Tuesday to Saturday, 12 AM to 8 AM Manila Time
Location: Anywhere in the Philippines
