We’re a rapidly growing e-commerce business seeking a talented Graphic Designer to help us create visually compelling and high-converting image ads for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:
• Designing engaging and innovative image ads based on your own ideas, supplied scripts, examples, and creative briefs.
• Developing multiple ad variants to test different concepts.
• Ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and appeal to target audiences.
• Incorporating feedback quickly to meet daily ad turnover needs.
• Providing fresh creative ideas and contributing to the overall ad strategy.

Requirements:
• Creative & Collaborative: You excel in a team environment and consistently deliver unique design concepts.
• Detail-Oriented with Graphic Design Experience: You have a strong eye for detail and are proficient in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Full-Time Availability & Flexibility: You can work full-time with a flexible schedule to accommodate our fast-paced ad creation cycle.
• Understanding of Ad Formats & Social Media Trends: Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram ad specifications and trends is a big plus.
• Proficiency with AI Design Tools: Experience with AI tools for design enhancement or automation is an added advantage.
• Access to Stock Image Libraries: You should have access to stock image platforms for diverse creative needs.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ad Policies (preferred, not mandatory): Familiarity with guidelines for ad approval would be helpful.
