Job Description:


We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer specializing in vector redraws and innovative design concepts for various applications including screen printing, transfers, embroidery, laser engraving and patches. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Adobe Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs and proficiency in vector manipulation.


Primary Responsibilities

Vector Tracing and Redraw
Recreate and refine images, designs, or samples into high-quality vector formats.
Ensure precise replication and maintain the integrity of the original design.
Mockup Creation
Develop mockup designs based on client-provided instructions and preferences.
Tailor designs to meet client needs while maintaining visual appeal and brand consistency.
Proof Samples Preparation
Create design proofs and samples for apparel items to showcase final output.
Ensure design accuracy and proper alignment with production standards.
Marketing Design and Content Creation
Design marketing banners, sales posts, and social media graphics for various items.
Optimize designs for digital platforms to enhance engagement and drive sales.
Collaboration and Client Interaction
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Provide timely updates and revisions based on feedback.
Branding and Aesthetic Consistency
Maintain a cohesive and professional look across all designs to align with branding guidelines.

Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in vector design software (Adobe Illustrator is a MUST & Adobe Photoshop).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design replication.
Creative and innovative approach to mockups and marketing materials.
Ability to follow instructions while adding professional insights.
Effective communication and time management skills is A MUST.
