GoHighLevel Technical Expert

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience in GoHighLevel, supporting Facebook integrations, workflow design, attribution and reporting, and rolling out workflows across a large number of accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation processes, ensuring seamless integrations, and delivering actionable insights through robust reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. GoHighLevel Management:
-Configure, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel accounts.
-Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows.
-Customize GoHighLevel features to meet the needs of various clients.

2. Facebook Integrations:
-Set up and manage Facebook integrations within GoHighLevel.
-Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
-Ensure data synchronization between GoHighLevel and Facebook.

3. Workflow Design:
-Design and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing processes.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and translate them into efficient workflows.
-Continuously monitor and improve workflow efficiency.

4. Attribution and Reporting:
-Develop and maintain attribution models to measure campaign performance.
-Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights on marketing activities.
-Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

5. Workflow Rollout:
-Manage the rollout of marketing workflows across 200+ accounts.
-Ensure consistency and scalability in workflow deployment.
-Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on workflow usage.

6. Reputation Management:
-Utilize GoHighLevel to monitor and manage online reviews and reputation.
-Implement strategies to enhance positive reviews and address negative feedback.
-Analyze reputation data to improve overall client satisfaction.

7. Email and Text Marketing Campaigns:
-Build and execute email and text marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel.
-Develop targeted campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
-Track and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.

8. Communication and Client Interaction:
-Be available to answer questions on Slack and provide timely support to team members and clients.
-Participate in client calls to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide expert insights.
-Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience with GoHighLevel administration.
-Proven experience in managing Facebook integrations.
-Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows and design.
-Expertise in attribution models and reporting.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Bonus if you have experience with the GoHighLevel API and utilizing data from 3rd party tools in workflows.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with other marketing automation tools.
-Knowledge of other social media platforms and their integrations.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
-Certification in GoHighLevel or related marketing automation tools.
