Job Title: GoHighLevel Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented GoHighLevel Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in helping us create and customize Expert Hubs for our clients using GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate should have a foundation of knowledge with GoHighLevel, strong design skills in Canva, and the ability to follow structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with precision. You will work closely with clients, so excellent English communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Update existing Expert Hubs by adding new pages, funnels, and running split tests.
Follow up with clients to ensure completion of the “Welcome to BlowUp Local” checklist.
Design and create multiple book cover options for various conditions (e.g., Frozen Shoulder, Knee Pain, Plantar Fasciitis) we provide the template, you swap out the doctor and name.
Send approval emails for white-label book covers and customize them for clients.
Create custom audiobooks for clients and design site images according to brand colors.
Optimize all site images into WEBP format using TinyPNG before uploading them to the media folder in GHL.
Manage various tasks related to clients' expert hubs, including updating custom workflows, schema markups (we will provide tutorials).
Communicate with clients via email for approvals and feedback.
Ensure attention to detail in all tasks by following structured SOPs.

Required Skills:

GoHighLevel Foundation: Basic knowledge of GoHighLevel, with the willingness to learn more advanced tasks.

Canva Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva for creating design elements based on templates.

Fluent English: Strong written and spoken English, with proper spelling and grammar.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, including writing clear and professional emails.

Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of figuring out solutions independently when challenges arise.

Attention to Detail: Ability to follow structured SOPs accurately and maintain consistency in their work.

Proficiency in ChatGPT: Ability to use ChatGPT to assist in tasks such as generating a client's bio, creating an epiphany bridge story and email sequence (tutorials provided)

Additional Notes: Willingness to learn other tools and platforms (to be taught on the job).
