As a General Virtual Assistant, you will be the backbone of our clients’ daily operations, providing administrative support, handling inbound and outbound calls, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives. Your role will require excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and route calls to appropriate tea
- Maintain a log of calls and follow-ups, ensuring all customer interactions are documented and addressed.
- Manage and organize
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
- Provide excellent customer service through
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent call handling and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
