We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage our dropshipping store on eBay, run our AutoDS store, and promote affiliate links on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our online business.

*Responsibilities
Managing overall health and balance of online E-commerce storefront
Select products best suited for brand and e-commerce store
Maintain and create social media ads/marketing
Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
Facilitate customer-company communication (respond to queries, and organize orders)
Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
Answering phones & emails from customers

*eBay Store Management:
- Identify and list best-selling items.
- Manually import product links to AutoDS.
- Process customer orders and handle refunds.
- Add tracking information for orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries by referencing product
descriptions.
- Maintain positive customer feedback by responding to reviews.
- Categorize the eBay store monthly.

*AutoDS Store Management
- Monitor and update inventory.
-Identify and list best-selling items.
- Manually import product links to eBay.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Resolve any transactional errors or inaccuracies.
- Order fulfillments on Amazon are completed seamlessly using AutoDS.
- The steps are simple such as (Manual Order Fulfillment)

1. Open AutoDS on your PC/laptop
2. Go to the "Orders" Section
3. You'll find the sale, and in front of it you'll find the buy ID "Amazon Link"
4. Click on the Amazon link, and it'll take you to the Amazon product page
5. Purchase the product by adding the customer's address using my Amazon.com Prime account.
6. Mark the order as a "gift" while checking out on Amazon.
7. After purchasing go to eBay orders, and "Mark As Shipped"

*Affiliate Marketing
- Promote affiliate links on Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Identify and market trending items that we are selling
- Come up with ideas

*Administrative Tasks
- Operate Google Drive for organizing documents and collaborating on tasks.
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage orders from Amazon and ensure timely delivery and accurate processing.

*Customer Service / Team Community
- Welcome everyone
- Track updates on spreadsheets.
- Answer customer concerns on eBay messages.
- Handle Zoom calls, Email, and chat support.
- Manage refunds and disputes

*Communication and Collaboration
- Participate in virtual video calls twice a week for updates and brainstorming sessions
- Share ideas on how to grow the business.
- Maintain clear and professional communication in English.

*What We Are Not Looking For

- This is NOT for you if you have an introverted personality type.
- This is NOT for you If you lack expertise in AutoDS, Dropshipping, ZenDrop, eBay, Amazon Prime, Zik Analytics, or scaling a business.

- This is NOT for you if you are not highly organized and motivated.

*Other Responsibilities May Include

-Book flights and make hotel reservations
-Keeping track of important dates via Google Calendar

*General Requirements

- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with dropshipping and e-commerce platforms, particularly eBay, AutoDS, and Amazon.
- Ability to use ChatGPT for customer service and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing.
- Reliable internet connection for virtual meetings and daily tasks.
- Willingness to take a bank code test as part of the hiring process.
- Ability to operate Google Drive for organizing and sharing documents.
- Responsiveness to emails.
- Experience in managing orders on Amazon.
- Strong customer service skills, including phone, email, and chat support.
- Must know how to find the top viral things to sell on our dropshipping store.
- Experience in promoting affiliate links on Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

*Anticipated Time Commitment
-3-4 hours per day, Monday through Friday
-$4,000- $10,000/Yr; inclusive of promising opportunities for incentive bonuses and additional payments due to monthly goal sales increases.

*Training and Support
- We provide initial training on our specific processes and tools.
- Ongoing support and resources will be available to ensure you are successful in your role.
- Experience in eBay and AutoDS is highly recommended to facilitate smoother onboarding.
