GA4 Consultant

Role Overview: As the Freelance GA4 Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to audit, troubleshoot, and optimise our existing tracking systems. This includes ensuring accurate tracking of phone calls and form submissions and providing custom reports and dashboards. Once the setup is completed, you will train our internal team to ensure they can maintain and utilise the tools independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and optimise GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio to improve tracking accuracy.
- Implement tracking for phone calls and form submissions, ensuring proper source attribution.
- Streamline GTM by organising tags and removing outdated or unnecessary elements.
- Create custom dashboards and reports in Looker Studio for ongoing performance tracking.
- Provide training and documentation to internal teams for long-term management.

Qualifications:
- Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Expertise in event tracking, conversion setup, and source attribution.
- Ability to create and customise reports/dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Experience in training teams on using and maintaining these tools (is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Project Scope: This is a role focused on troubleshooting, setup and optimisation.
