JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a Full-Time Shopify VA with experience in customer service, dispute management, and supplier communication.

Required Experience:

Strong knowledge of managing a Shopify account is REQUIRED.
Experience in handling customer service inquiries, chargebacks, and dispute management is REQUIRED.
Experience in supplier communication and managing order fulfillment issues is REQUIRED.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
You will handle a variety of tasks related to customer service and coordinating with suppliers. I will provide tutorials and guidance for most tasks.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Saturday.
