JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our insurance and financial processes. This role involves gathering client data, conducting insurance quotes, and maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks.

-Gather and organize initial client data for insurance assessments with strong attention to detail.
-Conduct preliminary insurance quotes based on client-provided information.
-Input and maintain basic financial records accurately using QuickBooks.
-Ability to record and manage client information with precision.
-Familiarity with insurance processes for efficient quoting is a MUST.
