Full Stack / Back end (Python and Javascript)

We are looking for a back-end developer with expertise in JavaScript, Python, and advanced scripting? Do you thrive in building innovative solutions with cutting-edge technologies like Large Language Model (LLM) APIs?

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end systems using JavaScript and Python.
- Implement advanced scripting and automation solutions.
- Utilize LLM APIs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) for content generation, parsing, and business logic integration.
- Work with low-code platforms such as Zapier.com and Make.com to streamline workflows.
- Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical oversight.
- Apply event-driven and functional programming paradigms to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met with high quality and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For? We’re looking for someone with:

* Experience: At least 5 years in software development have worked with LLM APIs for at least 1 year. Bonus points if you’ve led a team of developers!
* Tech Skills: You’re a pro with JavaScript, Python, and TypeScript, and you know your way around event-driven and functional programming. Experience with tools like Zapier and Make.com is a big plus.
* A Problem-Solver’s Mindset: You enjoy tackling challenges independently and crafting innovative solutions with minimal hand-holding.
* Good Communication: You’re able to explain complex ideas clearly, collaborate with diverse teams, and pay attention to the little details that make all the difference.
*Must be available to work from 8am-5pm Philippines time.
