International Factory Sales Manager - WOFE Hangzhou, China (On-site)

Demonstrable International Sales Experience using HUBSPOT as the Process Management Tool (2 years experience).

Challenging Mentorship Career Role Reporting to Founder & MD

Manage & expand the Philippines-based FES team using HUBSPOT.
Manage inbound inquiries from Alibaba Ya An Hi-Spec Website, Diversitech Global Company Website (highly ranked on Google), and in-house marketing team HUBSPOT email campaigns.
Research & find potential customers and prospect new contacts (Google Search, import/export databases, competitor distributors, LinkedIn, etc.).
Sign off on FES customer qualification scorecards, arrange first prospect meetings for MD, prepare customer qualification RFQ approvals, and ensure FES follow the process to set up DEALS on HUBSPOT.
Ensure the Hangzhou BES team uses HUBSPOT to manage the deal stages.
HUBSPOT Ambassador - Ensure HUBSPOT is properly utilized and offer support and training to the team. Perform daily check-ups and monthly clean-ups.
Attend a Saturday morning Chinese language RFQ review meeting with the product development & BES team to understand RFQ status, strategy, and product development cycle. The meeting is conducted in Chinese.
Use HUBSPOT to present FES & BES weekly progress reports. This is your opportunity to enforce compliance and demonstrate your success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the front end operations of our sales team, including prospecting, customer-facing negotiations, and proposal creation.

• Convert proposals into RFQs (Request for Quotation) and further transform RFQs into successful sales.

• Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to the sales team on a monthly basis to achieve targets.

• Set clear instructions, manage the team effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Utilize CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, to track and optimize sales activities.

• Foster strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Utilize your native English language skills, with additional proficiency in Chinese being a significant advantage.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong background in prospecting, negotiations, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

• Previous experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, to streamline sales processes.

• Exceptional communication skills in English (native level) and additional proficiency in Chinese is a significant plus.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a small sales team, providing mentorship and strategic direction.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.
