Position: Finance Virtual Assistant (Remote)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm UK time to start, this can change to suit you upon request.

As our Finance Assistant, you will handle a range of finance-related and administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our business. Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Finance Assistant with experience in financial processes and office administration. This role includes supporting the Director and managing day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, reconciling accounts, and assisting with compliance. We use Xero to manage our finances so experience in this is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Manage general communications, assisting the Director with administrative tasks
Utilities Management: Track all utility accounts, submit meter readings, and update records
Contracts Management: Track, chase, and file landlord contracts. Full training given.
Data Protection & Compliance: Ensure compliance with trade bodies, insurance requirements, and annual fees
Invoicing & Payments: Send and reconcile invoices, manage customer payments, and return damage deposits as required
Xero Reconciliation: Ensure bank transactions are up-to-date and accurate in Xero
End-of-Month Reporting: Generate monthly and seasonal reports from Xero/Guesty to inform strategy and pricing
Payments to Suppliers: Process payments weekly through Wise
Performance Reviews: Assess property performance and produce reports
P&L Tracking: Manage and update profit and loss for the Management and R2R businesses
Utility Management: Oversee utilities for managed and owned properties
Dext Process Management: Coordinate with staff to ensure submitting of expense documentation & receipts.
Required Skills:
2 years experience with Xero and Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Background in finance / accountancy
Bonus - Accountancy experience in a property rental business
Pay and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: PHP 275, with the potential for increases based on performance and loyalty.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch/dinner break.
Training Provided: Paid.
Payment: Weekly, via Wise.
Additional Benefits:
Holiday and bonus day schemes.
Performance-based cash bonuses (to be introduced in 2025).
13th Month Pay (pro-rata, attendance-based).
