Active Listening: Pay attention to customer needs and respond appropriately.
Confidence: Comfortable with sales and handling objections.
Empathy & Patience: Able to relate to customers and stay calm.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with garage door parts is a plus, but not required.
Adaptability: Able to adjust your approach based on different customers.
