Facebook Media Buyer for E-Com Dropshipping Company

We are a fast-growing e-commerce dropshipping company with a successful presence in the German market, and we're looking to scale further. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a results-driven Junior Media Buyer to help us scale our ad campaigns.

What You'll Do:
- Launch and manage high-performing Facebook ad campaigns.
- Use data to target high-converting audiences and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop winning ad strategies.
- Monitor budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve outstanding results.
- Coordinate with suppliers to request product prices
- Analyze performance and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in media buying and ad management (e-commerce/dropshipping a plus).
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads
- Managed $50,000-$100,000 monthly ad spend.
- Expertise in audience targeting, ad copy, and visuals.
- Strong analytical skills and a drive to exceed KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with German or EU markets (not required).
