Appointment Ally Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based Performance Marketing Agency that has successfully hired and collaborated with talented individuals from around the world. We are currently seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our team and help us to generate consistent leads for our clients.

Job Description:

As a media buyer, your primary responsibility will be to launch and optimize ad campaigns that generate leads for our clients in the Interior Design niche. You will collaborate closely with our founder, lead trainers, and the marketing team to run and optimise ad campaigns to ensure consistent lead volume on all our client's ad accounts

What You Can Expect:

While you will primarily work remotely, there may be opportunities for you to join us in Singapore or travel to events abroad, depending on the circumstances. This dynamic role offers the chance to collaborate with international counterparts and be part of our rapidly growing company.

Core Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimization

Ensure minimum 5 leads daily per client across 6 accounts
Monitor and optimize campaigns real-time to maintain consistent lead flow
Scale winning ad sets and pause underperforming ones
Maintain CPL within profitable range
A/B test different ad elements (creatives, copy, audiences)

Strategic Development

Develop and implement robust media buying SOPs
Create campaign structures that are scalable
Identify and capitalize on winning patterns across accounts
Proactively suggest improvements based on data analysis
Stay updated with Meta's best practices and algorithm changes

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Create comprehensive weekly/monthly performance reports
Track and analyze key metrics (especially CPL)
Identify trends and patterns across all accounts
Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
Monitor and manage daily ad spend ($50-$100 per account)

Audience & Creative Strategy

Build and refine custom audiences
Create strategic lookalike audiences
Identify which creatives/copies perform best
Recommend new creative angles based on data
Maintain a testing calendar for continuous optimization

Budget Management

Monitor and adjust daily budgets
Identify opportunities for budget scaling
Manage budget pacing effectively
Optimize campaign budgets based on performance
Ensure efficient spend across all accounts

Required Skills:

Advanced Meta Ads expertise with at least 4 to 5 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with interior design/home improvement advertising is a PLUS
Ability to work independently and make expert decisions
Proactive in identifying and solving problems
Experience maintaining consistent lead flow

This role requires someone who can truly own the media buying function and drive results without constant guidance. You should be an expert who can develop and implement strategies independently while maintaining consistent lead flow across all accounts.
