JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a QUALIFIED Candidate who KNOWS how to generate leads USING Facebook AD's effectively. QUALIFIED Candidate must be experienced & knowledgeable in KNOWING HOW to create attractive and effective AD's. In addition, QUALIFIED Candidate must KNOW how to target a specific group of prospects. LASTLY, APPLYING Candidate must be able to speak AND write in English proficiently and is required to be 25 years or older.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & other Requirements
1. MUST have 4 years or MORE of experience USING AD's on Facebook.
2. MUST have 4 years or more of experience in CREATING Attractive/Effective AD's on Facebook.
3. Candidates with experience creating & using AD's on Google or other platforms will have HIGHER CONSIDERATIONS.
4. Need to have fast internet and a reliable Computer or Laptop

LANGUAGE & AGE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Speak/Write in English proficiently
2. Must be 25 years or older


JOB DISCRIPTION CONSIST OF:
1. Create AD's on Facebook or other platforms to generate leads for Medicare prospects
2. AD's are to target Seniors about their Health Insurance called Medicare in specific geographic areas
3. The purpose for the AD's is to get Seniors interested in finding about better plans or benefits


WORK SCHEDULE:
Work Schedule is flexible and is mainly determined by hired Employee
It is ONLY required to check in with Employer 2 times a week sometime between 8pm to 10pm MST Arizona time zone

ADDITIONAL INFO
1. This position is a permanent job that requires a minimum of Leads to be provided every week consistently
2. The Hourly rate will be increased after 60 days of working and increased amount depends on employee's performance
3. Annual evaluations will be conducted to review Employee's performance which will determine new hourly rate
4. 13th Month Bonus is available
