What are the VA's primary responsibilities?
-Enter new jobs from customer emails into the Tradify app and schedule appointments daily.
-Replying to customer emails and keeping customers up to date with job progress.
-Reconciling bank accounts on Xero

What would a typical day in this role look like? 
-Checking emails and creating new jobs on Tradify software, scheduling in appointments with customers (text messages). -Emailing customers
-Reconcile Xero software from Customer invoices.

What are the “must-have” skillsets of a successful candidate?
-Be organised and reliable, attention to details.
-Great communication and language skills.
-Knowledge of Xero software and email skills.
-Friendly approachable and willingness to communicate
-Good problem solving skills.

What systems and software would you like the VA to be familiar with?
-Xero
-Tradify

What geographic timezone will the VA be working in?
15 hours/week
Monday -Friday 1:00 pm -3:00pm Victoria Time (AU)
