Expert Level Graphic Designer and Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This
role will be central to bringing visual identity to life across social media, digital
ads, website content, and product media. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Content
? Design eye-catching social media graphics, carousels, and posts that align with
brand guidelines.
? Create and edit short-form video content, including TikToks, Reels, and video ads,
that engage and resonate with audiences.
? Develop static and video ads for digital campaigns across platforms like Meta,
Google, and Pinterest.

Website Content
? Design and edit website assets, banners, and imagery to ensure a cohesive and
premium online experience.
? Edit product images to maintain consistency and quality across e-commerce
platforms.

Creative Editing
? Edit and enhance photos, videos, and graphics for various marketing channels.
? Maintain brand consistency in all creative assets, ensuring alignment with Firebelly
Tea’s tone and visual identity.

Collaboration
? Work closely with the social media manager and marketing team to brainstorm and
execute content ideas.
? Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with fresh, creative designs.
Qualifications:

? Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing social media, digital
ads, and e-commerce content.
? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After
Effects).
? Experience with short-form video editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar
platforms.
? Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
? Familiarity with Canva or similar quick-design tools for collaboration.
? Basic knowledge of web design principles and platforms like Shopify.
? Experience with motion graphics and animation.
