We are seeking a talented and versatile Video Editor- Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong eye for storytelling and design who can create both captivating video content and visually engaging thumbnails. The position will support our YouTube automation projects.

• Edit and assemble videos using scripts and voice-overs for polished, engaging content.
• Add motion graphics, custom effects, and dynamic visuals to enhance storytelling.
• Design eye-catching thumbnails that attract clicks and represent content accurately.
• Maintain brand consistency across videos and thumbnails.
• Optimize designs for desktop and mobile platforms while adhering to YouTube policies.
• Collaborate with team members for cohesive, engaging projects.
• Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and adapt based on YouTube trends.

Requirements:
• Experience: 3-4 years in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro); 1-2 years in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Skills: Expertise in pacing, storytelling, click psychology, and visual design (color theory, typography, composition).
• Additional: Research, A/B testing, and audio editing skills. Proficiency in English and ability to adapt to feedback.
• Technical: PC with i5/Ryzen 5+, 16GB RAM, SSD + HDD, Windows 10, reliable internet.

Additional Expectations:
• Punctuality and active participation in daily online meetings.
• Use of Trello and google docs to organize tasks.
• Remote work flexibility with scheduled hours, allowing coordination with team needs.
• Required to attend 2-3 meetings a week via Zoom where you will also meet the rest of the team
• We will be using ANYDESK to share screen and go through work etc.
