Experienced Comment/Review Manager

For our Dutch dropshipping business aiming to achieve multiple seven figures this year, we are seeking an experienced Comment/Review Manager. This position is part of a newly forming team within our organization and is intended for long-term engagement.


As a Comment/Review Manager, you will have:
Experience with dropshipping
Strong communication skills
A structured workflow
Experience with various communication platforms (such as Slack)

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing and monitoring our Trustpilot pages.
Actively responding to and keeping track of reviews.
Contacting customers for further complaint resolution or feedback.
Eventually managing and responding to comments on Facebook.
Reporting on customer feedback and suggestions for improving customer service.
Responding to customer emails regarding refunds
Always demonstrating a high level of professionalism and participating in the process with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Updating the Google sheet with all products and following the given instructions.

Candidates are expected to:
Speak fluent English, both written and verbally
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer support
Be available for weekly team calls
Be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow.
Be available to join immediately


The position is part-time but can evolve into a full-time job. Ideally, you'll have some experience in customer support, but ultimately we want to work with someone who loves helping people and is interested in handling customer support issues. We are looking for someone who can ensure consistency in communication with customers.
