Japan Business Consulting is a Japan Market Entry Consulting Firm helping clients to find the best sales channel in Japan and generate an additional 10-20% revenue within 6-12 months.
We are looking to recruit a rockstar virtual assistant to manage and execute on lead generation and appointment setting tasks. Room for advancement and long term employment if you are hard working, efficient and results-driven.

Skills required:
excellent English is a MUST (both written & spoken)
Knowledge of Google Sheets
Knowledge of Gmail (even better: Zoho Mail)
Knowledge of how to deal with warm leads
Understanding basic lead nurturing processes
flexibility with working time & hours
Technical Requirements:
Laptop or Desktop Computer with 64bit processor (Mac or Windows)
Fast & Reliable Internet connection
Job Role includes but is not limited to:
Prospecting & finding leads to reach out to (using LinkedIn, Apollo.io and other lead gen tools)
Sending and following up on cold emails, LinkedIn messages and sometimes phone calls
replying and following up on engaged prospects
Qualifications:
New Leads, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
Strong communication skills (e.g. email & LinkedIn message handling, appointment setting, lead nurturing)
Experience in researching potential clients (e.g. list building)
Knowledge of AI tools for lead generation (e.g. Apollo.io and others)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
This is a contract remote role. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as generating new leads, communicating with potential clients, conducting research, and setting up calls. The Specialist will utilize AI tools to enhance lead generation efforts.
