Experienced Ads Manager

Role Summary:
As our Google Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing PPC campaigns that align with our business objectives. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to understand target audiences, optimize ad spend, and continuously analyze performance to push our campaigns to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI across Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and A/B testing to optimize targeting and performance.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Know which tracking tools and software to implement for accurate data collection, and understand how to apply these insights to influence Google Ads strategies effectively.
- Proactively impact Google Ads Analytics by setting up conversion tracking, creating custom reports, and identifying areas to boost campaign performance.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring effective spend and strategic allocation of resources.
- Develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with our audience.
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of Google Ads experience with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Demonstrable experience with budget management and CRO techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to the fast-changing digital landscape.
- With experience in GHL is a plus!
