About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support an Angel Investor embarking on multiple business projects while planning a relocation to Chicago. This role requires a detail-oriented and resourceful individual who can manage both personal and business-related tasks with efficiency and autonomy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the Google ecosystem, handling light bookkeeping (Monarch), vendor and competitor research, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
Personal Support:
Assist with relocation logistics (housing, utilities, moving services, etc.)
Coordinate doctor appointments and medical-related needs
Handle personal shopping and procurement
Business Support:
Conduct thorough research for business projects, market trends, and opportunities
Recruit and liaise with vendors and service providers
Manage and track spreadsheets related to operations, business planning, and research
Perform competitor analysis and tracking
Handle light bookkeeping tasks using Monarch
Find and source essential information quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Experience with Monarch or willingness to learn light bookkeeping
Ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
High level of discretion and professionalism
Must be available during Chicago time zone hours
