We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in social media and design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing engaging email campaigns, designing eye-catching visuals, and leveraging social media platforms to enhance our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement targeted email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Design visually appealing email templates and graphics.
Manage and grow our social media presence in alignment with email campaigns.
Analyze email and social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Requirements:
Proven experience in email marketing and social media management.
Strong design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit etc).
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work hours: 1pm to 5pm EST
Full time, Monday through Friday.

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
