Ecommerce Graphic Designer Urgent Hiring

We are currently looking for a skilled Amazon Graphic Artist to join our team. Experience in creating graphics or images for Amazon or any e-commerce listings is REQUIRED. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their previous work related e-commerce images and has expert level in photo-manipulation skills.

Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality graphics for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
* Ensure that graphics meet e-commerce platform guidelines and standards.
* Collaborate with the relevant team to complete the task according to requirements.
* Ensure outputs to be sent on time

Non Negotiable Requirements (This job is not for you if you do not have these requirements:
* At least 2 years working experience related with E-commerce.
* Strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce PRODUCT PHOTO LISTINGS.
* Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite. Can design efficiently. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Expert level with photo manipulation to create realistic, photo-like images.

Other Requirements:
* User Experience (UX) Design: Ability to create designs that enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
* User Interface (UI) Design: Skills in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that are optimized for e-commerce.
* Typography and Layout: Expertise in choosing fonts and creating layouts that are both attractive and functional.
* Mobile-First Design: Ability to design for mobile users, considering that a significant portion of e-commerce traffic comes from mobile devices.
* Understanding brand identity and how to create consistent branding across all e-commerce platforms.
* Creativity: Ability to create innovative and compelling designs that stand out in a competitive market.
* Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and clients.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure designs are pixel-perfect and error-free.
* Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification but not required:
* Ability to use 3D software to re-create products from scratch is a huge plus!
* Able to create videos is a plus
* Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles as they apply to design, such as image optimization.
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Knowledge of design strategies that increase conversion rates, such as A/B testing and CTA optimization.
