Our company mainly focuses on dropshipping business in the US marketplace. We are currently looking to hire a Ecom Admin Assistant. This is a work-from-home position. The primary role of the position will be to assist in the operations of the business on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Tiktok, Shopify store, and so on.
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Source Products (using Keepa, AMZ Scout, SourceMogul, AliExpress, Zik Analytics, and so on)
- Order products
- Inventory and logistics management
- Customer service management
- Other related tasks in support of business operations
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week; Philippines working hours
Rate: $2.00/hour

1. You MUST have a STRONG attention to detail.
2. You MUST be resourceful – You will be expected to find solutions to problems without instruction. Your problem-solving skills will be tested.
3. You MUST have a desktop/laptop with specs of Processor i5 or higher and RAM 8 GB or higher.
4. You MUST have at least 10 MBPS Download & Upload internet speed. This will be tested.
5. You MUST have video calls equipment including a webcam, noise-canceling headphones, and a quiet and professional workstation.
6. You MUST be able to read, speak, and write fluent English. This will be tested.

13. You MUST have previous experience working as an admin assistant. Amazon virtual assistant training courses completion certificate, Amazon virtual assistant experience, and other platforms working experience are preferred, although not required.
14. You MUST have a STRONG attention to detail.
15. You MUST have proficiency in office software skills including Google Suite, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.
