Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to own and grow our
organic social media presence. As the voice of the brand across all social platforms,
you’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing channels, and building our
community. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our brand connects with our
audience and grows its following.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management
? Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the brand
and business goals.
? Manage and grow organic social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok,
Facebook
? Monitor and report on performance metrics to track growth and engagement,
adjusting strategies as needed.
Content Creation
? Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including photos, videos, and
graphics, tailored to each platform.
? Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to develop unique, engaging,
and visually compelling posts.
? Stay up-to-date on social media trends, experimenting with innovative content
formats to keep the brand relevant.
Community Engagement
? Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
? Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and like-minded
communities to amplify company's reach.
Brand Building
? Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
? Drive awareness and excitement for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal
promotions.
? Leverage social media to tell the story of Company's mission, products, and
values.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in the
lifestyle, food, or beverage space.
? Strong creative and visual skills, with a knack for storytelling and branding.
? Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and
scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
? Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
? Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
? Experience creating short-form video content, especially for TikTok and Instagram
Reels.
? Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or
similar platforms.
? Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership strategies.
