EXPERIENCED REMOTE WHOLESALE COLD CALLER

Job Description:
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for real estate and sales? We seek an experienced Cold Caller to join our team, which specializes in wholesale properties. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in identifying potential property sellers, building relationships, and setting up deals to fuel our wholesale property pipeline.

The ideal candidate will require minimal training!!!!

Responsibilities:
---- Make outbound calls to property owners, qualifying potential leads
---- Engage prospects with a professional, friendly approach to build rapport
---- Identify motivated sellers and gather relevant property information
---- Accurately document calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM system
---- Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or property visits as needed
Requirements:
---- Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in real estate or sales
---- Excellent command of English, with strong verbal communication skills
---- Comfortable working remotely and independently
---- Ability to work PST hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
---- A proactive, results-driven approach to meet and exceed goals
---- Basic understanding of real estate, specifically wholesale properties, is a plus
