Job Opportunity: Customer Support Representative (Remote)

Who Are We?

We are Techsellers, a dropshipping company managing e-commerce stores across Europe via
Shopify. Over the years, we've achieved remarkable revenue milestones and are now entering
an exciting phase of expansion. To support this growth, we are seeking talented individuals to
join our Customer Support Team to help us deliver top-tier service and ensure our customers
have the best experience possible.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Has experience working with dropshippers and brands, especially in the fashion
industry.
• Knows how to handle customer support tasks like refunds, disputes, and managing
funnels.
• Has used Remaze ticketing systems before and can handle disputes on PayPal and
Klarna (this is a big plus).
• Is interested in the fashion industry (this is a bonus!).
• Can manage different tasks and keep things organized.
• Takes initiative and solves problems on their own.
• Can stay calm and focused, even in busy or stressful situations.
• Works well in a team and enjoys working towards shared goals.
• Is eager to learn and ready to try new tools, processes, and challenges.

What Will You Do?

• Answer customer questions and help solve their problems through different channels.
• Manage refunds, disputes, and keep customers happy in an efficient way.
• Use Remeaze to handle support tickets and fix customer issues quickly.
• Work with the team to make processes better and improve the customer experience.
