E-commerce Finance & Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Finance & Operations Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in managing our financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:
- Manage and fulfill orders using supplier apps commonly used in Shopify dropshipping.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing while maintaining communication with suppliers.

Financial Tracking:
- Calculate daily profits, incorporating product costs, shipping fees, and marketing expenses.
- Track and calculate payment processing fees from various platforms, including Stripe, PayPal, and AirWallex.
- Compute dispute fees and analyze their impact on overall profitability.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Google Sheets for tracking profits, expenses, and other key financial metrics.
- Create detailed monthly financial reports to provide insights on business performance.
- Identify trends and areas for optimization in financial operations.

Bookkeeping & Reconciliation:
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
- Reconcile transactions and ensure all records align with platform payouts and supplier invoices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Shopify dropshipping and order fulfillment using supplier apps.
- Strong background in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting, with a focus on e-commerce businesses.
- Proficiency in creating and managing advanced Google Sheets for tracking profits and financial metrics.
- Familiarity with payment processing platforms, dispute fee calculations, and their impact on profitability.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage financial records and operational tasks.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and optimize financial performance.
