We are a growing fashion brand specializing in modest dresses, looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Customer Service & Operations Assistant. This remote position involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating order deliveries, and maintaining our Wix website. You will collaborate closely with our office staff using Airtable for communication and task management.
*Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide friendly and professional customer support through WhatsApp messaging.
- Translate customer messages from Hebrew to your language, and vice versa, using provided tools.
Website Management:
- Manage and update the Wix website, including inventory management.
- Coordinate with the office staff to ensure accurate product availability.
Order Coordination:
- Arrange and manage delivery services for customer orders.
- Track orders and resolve any issues related to shipping and delivery.
Team Collaboration:
- Maintain continuous communication with office staff using Airtable.
- Coordinate tasks and updates efficiently to ensure smooth operational workflows.
*Requirements:
Language Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Wix website management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Airtable or a willingness to learn.
Work Environment:
- Remote work from your own computer, no physical location required.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional communication style.
*Working Hours:
- Days: Sunday to Thursday.
- Customer service hours are from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Israel Time). Actual working hours are based on demand, usually around 3 to 4 hours per day.
