JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Support Specialist - Full-Time (Remote)

We are looking for long-term employees to join our team. There is a great deal of growth opportunity for those who consistently make a positive contribution to our company. We are seeking candidates who will represent the company with excellent customer service and dedication.

Job Overview:

This is primarily a Customer Support role where you will follow a very clear process to ensure our customers remain satisfied. With time, the role will evolve to include tasks like product listing. Initially, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate responses. This will become easier as you get familiar with each step of our support process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Report on refunds and complaints.
Respond to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, and FAQs.
Contribute to improving our documentation and support processes.
Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner (ETA of 24 hours).
Maintain professionalism and consistency in all customer interactions.
We will provide you with:

Video training to guide you through our processes.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to follow.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support.

Experience with the following platforms:
Gmail/GSuite
Shopify (eCommerce platform)
Slack (communication tool)
DeepL (for translation)
Available for weekly team calls.
Must be organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Ability to work 40 hours per week once transitioned to full-time (initially part-time for the first 2 weeks as a trial period).
Not currently employed in another full-time role.
