Dear,
For our Dutch dropshipping business we are looking forward to hit multiple 7 figures next year. Therefore we are looking for a highly developed dispute manager with experience in Dropshipping and Shopify, to be part of our team in our organization. Your job will be to elevate our current relationship with the payment processors by trying to prevent escalations of the disputes and to increase our win ratio of the escalated disputes.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:
2 years of experience with handling PayPal disputes and credit card chargebacks MUST
Click Up (ticketing system) PRE
Shopify (eCommerce platform) MUST
Slack (communication channel) MUST
DeepL ( for translation) MUST

Responsibilities:
Handling PayPal disputes and credit card chargebacks (shopify).
Reporting on refunds/complaints.
Contributing to our documentation and improving our dispute processes.
React to disputes on time and treat each dispute carefully
Having clear communication with CS team and supplier
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.

Access to the back end manager to answer all your questions.
Applicant needs to:
Speak fluent English both written and verbally
Minimum 2 years of experience in handling disputes for PayPal and credit card
Be available for weekly team calls
Must be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow.
Not currently working for other full-time jobs
Available for 6 day, 4 hours a day, CET time zone.
