We are currently seeking a dedicated Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team and manage disputes effectively 7 days a week part time, solving all disputes daily.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispute Management:
- Handle disputes across Stripe and AirWallex platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Review customer communications and escalate as needed to close disputes in accordance with our SOPs
- Compile, submit, and manage dispute evidence to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Customer Outreach:
- Knows how to reach out to customers to close Klarna inquiries and disputes
Documentation and Reporting:
- Gather and organize necessary documents to support winning dispute cases.
- Calculate dispute fees accurately and provide detailed monthly reports on dispute trends and outcomes for all stores.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Stripe and AirWallex disputes. (Klarna disputes)
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
- Experience with Gorgias or similar platforms, especially with AI-driven applications, is a plus.
- Attention to detail, will not skip work without a valid reason.
